Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

The following Food Map FAQ are designed to answer key questions and troubleshoot.  If you have additional questions, you can email us.  

Your map may show an incorrect location because your Location Services are turned off on your device. If this issue persists we recommend resetting your Cookies on this webpage.

Harvest Bucks are vouchers redeemable for whole graded eggs, dried beans, fresh vegetables, and fresh fruit at participating farmers’ markets and small community grocery stores. Various community food programs and emergency food programs distribute Harvest Bucks vouchers.

MLFPC Food Champions are local individuals, businesses, and organizations recognized by the Middlesex London Food Policy Council (MLFPC) for their leadership, innovation, and dedication to building a healthier, fairer, and more sustainable food system in the London and Middlesex region.

If your organization has internet access, staff or volunteers can use the map to find relevant resources, take screenshots, and print or share the information with clients. Consider including the resource’s name, address, phone number, hours of operation, and services offered. You can also create a printed list of food resources tailored to the client’s specific needs.

Users can suggest a new location for the map using the ‘suggest a location’ feature located on the top right of the screen.

Note: This map excludes Restaurants.

Note: This map focuses on locations within a ~70km radius of London, but is not exclusive to Middlesex county.

Users can suggest an update using the ‘Notice something out of date?’ feature. This feature can be found below the location information, when a location is selected.
