Their ingredients, from fresh corn tortillas and house made fillings to lactose-free old cheddar from Québec are carefully chosen and slow cooked with a focus on flavour. Ivano sources only as local as possible with fresh meats from the Covent Garden Market to live cilantro grown in Southwestern Ontario greenhouses.
